Sure, we know our stuff ( we have the qualifications to prove it ), but we believe that like any relationship, beauty is only skin deep, and that the softer skills we bring to the table that count, not just a pretty certificate from the likes of Microsoft!

When our MD formed the business many years ago he had a real desire to build an organisation that completely divorced itself from the stereotypical (and often justified) world of I.T. He didn’t want to grow a business full of geeks or highly technical yet socially challenged individuals, he wanted to build a company that looked after its clients just like he wanted to be looked after...... by talented individuals that could communicate well, and understood the real business needs of their clients.

Today he is a happy man, and more importantly has a happy and content team that enjoy the positive feedback they receive from Granite’s varied clients. You see, people want to do business with people, not robots or soulless individuals, and when we pick up the phone to our clients we want them to enjoy the experience, not be baffled by someone whom it seems is speaking another language.
